For garbage and recycling, residents are only responsible for placing the carts at the end of the driveway. It is the contractor's responsibility to move the carts if needed. If the garbage or recycling does not get picked up, send an email.

Small clean-up items early in the week.
November 1 - 3
Paving the final lift of pavement, weather permitting, starting with the cul-de-sacs of Phases 1 and 2 and then continuing with the remaining roads. This will cause some delays, but once the final roller of the operation goes by, you can drive on the pavement. Driveway access delays should be no longer than 30 minutes.
Once sod is placed, the contractor maintains the watering for 30 days from the date of placement.
This schedule is subject to change due to weather and contractor's schedule. Drive slowly around equipment and in construction areas for your safety and that of the construction workers. Please make eye contact with construction workers while driving, and they will wave when safe to proceed.
